Every app is in beta, so a real person reads each message. Tell SSU which app you are using, what you expected, and what happened instead.
To join a beta, submit the form on the Beta page or reply to one of SSU's emails. SSU reviews each request, approves the tester and adds them to a test group. The group sets how you take part in the beta.

What to include
A few details help SSU fix it faster.
The app name and the device you use, such as an iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch or Apple TV. The version of the operating system. What you were doing when it went wrong. A screenshot, if you can share one without private information in it.
Please do not send passwords, payment details or anything you would not want in an email.
