The Shared Universe case study

Your idea

Every app on this page started as a problem someone was living with.

A family trying to keep a parent’s care straight across several households. A lifter who wanted every rep paced, not just counted. A practice that would not bill the same hour twice. None of them began as a product plan. Each began as a need specific enough to say in one sentence.

If you have one of those, for yourself, for your business, or for someone you look after, bring it. I will tell you plainly whether it should be an app, a website, a governed spreadsheet, or nothing at all. If it should be built, you will hear what it takes to build it properly, and then it gets built the same way as everything above: one source of truth, controls that block rather than warn, and figures that are counted rather than estimated.

Statuses above are stated only as far as each project’s record supports. No prices or launch dates are given, and Shared Universe is private to one household.
